I am glad you found it ok.
You can send 3 payment reminders then mark as a npb and leave neg feedback.
Well my view is it definitely not too soon. I find that most pepople pay withoin the first 24hours or at least contact you regarding how to pay so I think you have been very patient to wait 8 days.
There is a chance that your buyer is on holiday so if it were me I would leave it 14 days just in case before reporting him or her. They may have forgotten to let you know that they were going away.
Hope they pay you soon
I would say 8 days is reasonable especially if you have not had any response from the buyer. You can spread your payment reminders out but if you havent heard anything by 14 days then you can decide to npb them.
Let us know how you get on
Had a problem with gabyfellof, too, on July 17, day of her becoming an ebid member.
Sale got cancelled by ebid and account was disabled.
As well as sending payment reminders and messages through the AAL, send an email directly to their email address. Some people are not receiving emails from eBid and they may be unaware that you've sent an invoice.
Yes, they should check the AAL but it's best to cover all the bases.
CMEJewellery For all your jewellery needs.
Beads 'n' Bobs For beads.
Charms 'n' Findings For charms and jewellery making supplies.
I am a gold member therefore I do not have the invoice option available to me, so I always send an invoice email directly to the email address given to me by eBid (in the after auction thingy) I also send 1 payment reminder directly to the email address prior to using eBid's (now I know where to find it! Thank you scanjet1954)
Why bid if you have no intention of paying? It drives me maaaaaaaaaaaaad
