    Peggy,

    Here are the message headers from a returned email. As you can see your ISP is saying that our server is on a "dynamic" IP address which it isnt. I have applied via their online form to have all our servers unbarred.

    Maybe you can send them the following text in an email asking them the same thing and explaining your plight. Our servers are from 85.237.202.2 to 85.237.202.12

    Question

    I finally got a ticket number as of 8/9/07...but not response yet. So, I'm not sure if they responded, and I'm not getting the email, or if there is another problem going on.

    Hi Gazza,
    I am not getting a ticket number again.

    I seem to be getting my other eBid emails but not ticket numbers from support.

    From some of the posts I have been seeing I think some others may be having the same problem.

    Hi Gazza,
    I sent 3 emails in about 1 1/2 hours to support as I wasn't getting the ticket number ----
    About 8 hours later I received the ticket numbers for all three emails.

    The numbers must have had a headache but they are here now and all is well --- hopefully.
