    Question Support Ticket Number

    I am not receiving the automated ticket number from support and I am wondering if anyone else is having that problem.

    I have sent three today and have not received the ticket number for any of them.

    For some reason I am not getting a ticket number when I email support at support@ebid.tv.

    I am not either. I've been having this issue for over a week now. Trying to get something resolved and no ticket number or answer.

    This problem stems back to the ISP you are using not leeting through our emails. We are ourselves intrigued to know why this is.

    Hi Gazza,
    If you will, please, forward, one of the emails my ISP (starband) has returned to you I can get the problem solved.

    Please forward it to ropegg@ropeggleftoncollection.com.

    I have been trying for over 3 weeks to get this email forwarded to me. I have ask in a PM to Mark to have it sent to someone else's email address that has nothing to do with starband and I have ask for it at two other email addresses that do not come into starband directly for example a yahoo address. Since it is not mine, I really do not want to post the borrowed address that I was given permission to use but if Mark will check it is in his PM.

    I keep checking my PMs to see if I get a message that one has been sent to the other addresses.

    Please forward me the email so I can get it to my ISP.

    Peggy, the problem is we physically have any of the emails at hand. I am working on a solution though to give you something to send them,
