I saw a small article in The Sun about a chap who was restoring a plane to sell on ebay.A quick search found this local newspaper article http://www.thetelegraphandargus.co.u...lane_crazy.php
Does anyone on here know the bloke,Chris Wilson of Raggald Farm Queensbury near Bradford?
If so, see if you could persuade him to put it on ebid instead!Might just be the advertising coup of the year.

Funny thing is I do know a Chris Wilson! He was the intermediate between us/Social services and the school! Don't think its him though!

chris wilson is my son-in-law but he lives in newcastle and owns the shipyards,he`s into ships not planes

Well,I've finally been able to find a contact link for the guy.I've sent him an email,so we'll have to see what he says.
He does have a shop on feebay though so not sure if I can convert him!

Try sending him an ASQ through eBay asking if he wants to save the fees and list on eBid - make sure you use an anonymous ID though in case he reports you
