If you fall in love trust me you will know. it will hit you like a fooking train....It did for me.

The main symptom is you can't think about anything else.

Well,IMHO the only definitive answer has got to be age & experience.
I have had quite a few relationships & in order to appreciate the good you have to have experienced the bad!
MBW & I have been together now for 17 years (married for 12).Although in my case it was more of lust at first sight,Lin says hers was love!
Symptom of love (to me) is total devotion & dedication to making your partners life the best it can possibly be.
