I don't understand ... how come you are all talking about newspaper adverts...and all clubbing together etc.... I suggested this three days ago and was completely ignored...I thought perhaps you all thought it was a rubbish idea!!!

Hi Red...I'm beginning to get disheartened with all this now...the only thing I seem to 'inspire in others' ...is astonishment that I could suggest such a thing!

How about every seller 'donates' £1.00 and it goes towards an advert on telly?...or Radio......G&M can make up the difference.

I've spent the afternoon looking at sites that take free classifieds, some don't seem worth the effort, some seem ok. Most of them are online only, but every link helps. Some allow you to link to your store, one seems to require that you show your phone number & I'm not to sure about that. I'm going to set up an email address just for them to hopefully cut down on the spam.

I've joined 3 or 4 so far & am waiting for my ads to be posted.(Most have to approve them first)
Once they are I'll put links to the sites that have accepted them.

Try googling free classifieds if anyone wants to give it a try.

Car racing (Stock cars??)...Find a local garage who run a stock car? Bomber car?

Buses? How much are they?

Whats the reaction to this clubbing together for advertising??
