    Default Bulkloader Did not work

    Hi I uploaded a group of about 170 comic books through the bulkloader yesterday around 2:00pm(central time). Its been almost 1 day and I never got a email from them saying sucessful upload and none of them have showed up on my store.

    Should I try sending it again, wait, or email them

    Suggest you e-mail them at support@ebid.tv They will look into it for you.

    Thanks, I emailed them and they said they didn't get it and to resend it. So I did about 7 hours ago and haven't heard anything from them if they got it or not. Its not showing up in my store so I assume they didn't. Don't know what the problem is??

    It's always worth checking that the email is gong to the correct address. So often we here of people having problems and it's either a typo or an incorrect address causing the trouble.

    Default Is anyone else having bulkload problems??

    Well 4 bulk upload attempts in the last 2 days and still nothing. Whats the deal with this place. I know I got the email address right to upload and there are no duplicates in the listings. I've never has any problems sending attachments to anyone or place before. I'm not getting any confirmation that saying my load was accepted or declined and I know its not going into the spam folder.

    I am sorry to hear you are having such infuriating problems, I have never used the bulk upload things (I have no idea) but if you have done all the things eBid suggest in The FAQ then on the HELP PAGE click Contact Us to open a support ticket, on this page There is an option to report Posting Problems I hope you get things sorted soon.

    Maybe one of the regular bulk uploaders could have a look at your sheet to see if they can find the problem?

    Can anyone help this guy out?

    Gazza posted this on 1st of May, but no update since, hopefully it'll stop all of these problems.

    We are currently working on automating the spreadsheet upload.

    Users will save the auction section of the spreadsheet as a .txt file ("tab delimited" option) and upload this file to their My eBid where they will be processed within 10 minutes.

    Hi again. Thanks for your imputs, I appriciate it very much. I am using Open Office and am not sure how you would save just the auction section or save it as a txt file ("tab delimited" option). I clicked on save as but there's not a txt option. sorry I'm not real familar when it comes to spreadsheets including this open office program. I had sent in prior files about a week ago and had success on all of them, but for some unknown reason these last 2 won't lots won't or arn't getting posted
