still be able to leave feedback.this scammer has left me negative feedback...he purchased an item on 17th of april sent 7 YES REMINDERS VIA EBID AND TODAY HE LEFT A NEGATIVE IVE BEEN ILL AND YOU DIDENT SEND EMAILS ..WELL SEEING THAT I SENT THEM THROUGH EBID HI IS A LIAR..HOWEVER I NOW SEE HEES BEEN STRUCK OFF BUT I HAVE A NEGATIVE AGAINST MY UNBLEMISHED RATINGS TO A PERSON WHO DIDENT EVEN CONTACT OR PAY SOMETHING WRONG .....

email ebid and they will change it to neutral for you. I'd prefer if they wiped negative feedbacks from suspended buyers altogether rather than use neutral - because the way ebid count up their feedbacks- neutrals are counted against your 100% total
