How would you feel if somebody stole your dog or cat, and then killed them and ate them? Would it bother you? What is somebody stole one of your children's pets and killed it - wouldn't it bother you? I'm sure it would - so how are the animals that we eat any different?

Well, I haven't met any slaughterhouse workers in real life, but every single one I've seen on TV (admittedly that's only a small number) has been the sort of person I wouldn't want to associate with.

First of all - what sort of personality would you have to have to even consider working in a slaughterhouse in the first place?

my friends husband works in a slaughter house, he is a normal bloke who took the job as he needed to provide his family (wife and 2 sons) with a roof over their heads and food on the table.

he is not wierd, sadistic and nor does he have a bad bone in his body.
