Wondering how to contact ebid?

Hello.I am wondering how to contact ebid regarding important info.The contact links are dead ends that I have clicked on.I understand the need to filter email when running a business but if a member really needs to contact you-how?

Hi, I think the address is support@ebid.tv just email them and they will send you a support ticket to let you know that they have received your messdage, and then you should get a reply later

not sure why you can't use the contact us page, it works fine for me
