    It was only for a £1 but I should not have been billed at all. Last time I was billed for feature auctions which I did not request and they ignored those emails as well. I lost £4 that time and have never received a refund.

    I will wait until tomorrow and see what happens. I have also sent an email in response to the bill at info@ebid tv, and so far no ticket has been received to that either.

    I am grateful for your help, but as you say I will wait until tomorrow and see what happens?

    You only get a ticket from the support@ebid.tv address, i dont think you get them from the others. i think they have been having a problem this evening as the relists have been going slow and they could be in the middle of testing the new upgrade and it is the week end, this is why I said to wait. I am sure they will sort it for you soon.

    I have the correct email address and do not understand how it had the www infront. Thanks, I will have to be extra careful in future that I send it correctly.

    I too have just been charged this fee.....£2.00
    I had an auction with a reserve which was supposed to be run until sold, when someone placed a bid this evening the auction seems to have closed.

    And then when I look at the auction details I have automatically been charged for the highest bidders name and address being displayed!

    Oh just a thought run until sold are for buy it now auctions only so you cant have a reserve i don't think.
