Does anyone know why...

Although I have been registered on ebid since June 2004 I am showing as a "new user" against my auctions? Is it because I have only just started selling, or because I have 0 feedback? When will it disappear? Also why there is no shop logo showing against my user ID? It's making it very difficult to start selling here as I look like a first time seller, even though I am a powerseller with 100% positive feedback on the "other" auction site. Any suggestions?

Hello maybe you could use ukauctionhelp to add a feedback profile.
I think if you have not sold on eBid before it may show you as a new seller because of that, just a thought, but I don't know for sure.

Put a wanted ad on the forum under the category it falls in - loads of people view the forums, theres bound to be someone wanting to sell what you need... just a thought...
