Gazza help failed pm's

Hi Gazza I had my id changed 2 days ago and since I had it done (BTW thank you) I have not been able to receive any PM's my friends say it shows up as user not known, can you help Margaret

I have just tried for you and no joy. This may sound stoopid but have you logged on to the forum with your new name yet. I know that sounds daft as you are using it, but it's the only thing i can think of
