Default dogs and their body clocks!

My dog has been a royal pain in the rsse this week, during nicks normal working week he gets up at 5.45 and takes zeb for a quick walk around the estate. for the last 3 days nick has been off and at 5.45 on the dot zeb suddenly wakes up and even though we are still sleeping he will jump all over us and if that doesnt work he tries to shuffle himself under the covers and then failing that he will snuffle and lick our faces till one of us gets up, the little sh*t!

I wonder how they do it, in teh afternoons he will sit on the window sill at the time when each family member is due home, he wont leave the window till they are in and if they are late which Chris has been he will eventually whine like a banshee until he gets in, I've even had to ring chris before now and say dont go straight to the pub come home first coz zeb is whinging for you at the window !!

Tell me about it - our Golden retreiver pup (6 months old now) has a 6.30am body clock and no matter how much we try to change it - nothing works. She barks the house down until we get up!

Nero is our body clock dog (Nala just goes with the flow).

He just pulls the covers off of me and won't let me have them back until I succumb!
