Charged final value fees?

Has anybody else who was/is Gold been charged a final value fee for a successful sale? I'm probably missing something obvious here, but I've been charged the gallery fee (which I expected) but also what looks like 2% of the final value.

(Not that it matters much as it's still cheaper than Greedbay!)

I've recredited your listing fee, it was made before the upgrade to fvf for gallery auctions.
