I clicked Paypal for payment,as i have a Paypal account with another Auction, thinking this is the same company. I have spoken to my Paypal via email,and they stated they do not deal with Ebid. Please help. Thanks Ben
Hi Ben to request any payment’s via paypal you have to log into your paypal account and click the Request Money tab fill in the info as required.
By the way in a few days time you should be able to upgrade to a Platinum level which will include a paypal checkout.

log into your paypal account. one of the tabs at the top will say request payment. enter the buyers email address and details. he will then pay this bill.
