Why can't we receive and/or leave feedback on Buy Now Sales? And if we can, how do we go about getting it done?

Not aware of any problems with by it now feedback. Are you sure you're not referring to a dutch auction which may still be running? If it's a dutch auction you'll be able to leave feedback when the auction closes

It's only been 5 days since you joined Thursday 7th Dec even if you won & paid for the item on that day, not all sellers are at home watching their auctions, the seller might not have posted until yesterday, not everyone has a PO where they live anymore.

Have you tried to contact the seller, through the After Auction Log, to check if/when it was posted?

Judging by the questions you posted on the auction, there seems to be some question over whether you've paid or not.

So first you say you paid.

Then you ask if once you pay (thereby suggesting you haven't actually paid yet) you'll get the goods.

Did you actually pay the seller or not?

If so, then according to your own information above, then it was only yesterday that you paid so you seem to be expecting the seller to be able to deliver the items instantly. This is very unreasonable of you; nobody can deliver that fast!


The reality is that you entered into a legally binding agreement with the seller. If you have done your bit by paying, then you can expect them to post the item/s you paid for in a reasonable amount of time - according to the auction it would either have been sunday if you paid by 4pm that day or monday under the same conditions. Once the item/s have been posted it is in the hands of the delivery service as to how long it takes to get to you.

If you have doubts about your seller, try contacting them by email and discussing the matter with them.
