Suggestons please

Brought something for the other side, payed 12.00 courier charges. received an email from seller with tracking no,

Is a next day delivery.

So waited

Item never arrived so checked online, a note had been put on that there was no answer and a card had been left

Phoned up early today 8.00am to say that no one turned up and no card had been left.

After checking it appeared that the seller had put the wrong house number on.

Suppose we all make mistakes

Gave them the correct house number, then waited.

And waited


And waited

And waited.

Just checked online again

Says no one in card left




Now tomorrow I'm gonna drive up to the couriers place and pick the item up.

Who should I approach to get my postage costs back

This happened to me with a wholesale order once this year and I was furious. Especially when you know that the driver has just done that in order to get back to the yard for what ever reason.

It's the courier's to blame........ In my case I cancelled the order as by that time it was too late for me to take it in for what I required it for. That way I passed the buck to my wholesalers to retrieve their money.

Good luck - don't fancy your chances mind.
