Would this 'Round Table' be in addition to, or a replacement for, the Kitchen Table Quite honestly I can't see a use for it (a Round Table) under either option as there are already various places for people to make their suggestions, recommendations, new ideas, etc.

The Kitchen Table has served the members well as a "meeting place" and is aptly named.
