What will be the membership price in the US?

I also noticed that those having a current Gold Lifetime membership have 4 days to upgrade to Platinum for absolutely free. Will those who took a free or discounted special offer Lifetime Gold membership be able to upgrade to Platinum for absolutely free during the 4 days too?
