Hi everyone
I know lots of people come here to chill and I am sorry to be going on about insurance but I am going to ask for some serious help from all you lovely folk out there - please, please.
I have spent a long time now trying to find an insurance broker or company that sells insurance cover for people who are online retailers and don't have a physical shop or outlet of any kind. I am in the process of setting up an online shop and can't find cover so I thought that I would ask if anyone can take pity and point me in the direction of a policy that I can investigate further. I (and anyone else who follows up on suggestions given) know that there is a great need to appreciate that any policy would need thorough investigation as to its suitability for the person choosing to buy it - I just need a starting point.
I thought I had it sorted then I got an email telling me that the estimate for an internet liability policy would be around £750 per year!!!!!! plus everything else I needed I suppose. I am still reeling from that one.
Are there any eBiders who put on their insurance hats to go to work? Online retailers who have been through this process? Send me a private message if you think it best.
Thank you for any help.
Marina
