love your shoes, may buy some for my little girl, whats your policy on if they don't fit as I know her size but all shoes differ and normaly buy from shops so I can get her to try them on first......please advise.

I offer these shoes so cheap and make little money on them, I can send you a refund if you return them in the original box unworn with tag on. An exchange can be offered but at the cost to the buyer of the return postage. I have to keep my costs down, so I can pass the savings on to my customers! Seems a bit harsh but I think it is a fair policy.
