Suddenly can't upload photos into gallery

I was uploading photos into my gallery just fine. A few minutes later, the next few photos I uploaded just weren't appearing in my gallery. Is it just me or is there some technical glitch with gallery? Now I can't upload any photos at all to my gallery. I was using internet explorer.

It acts like the photo is uploading, but then nothing appears. I'm using Netscape 8.1.

I see they've changed servers, but I still get the same non-results.
