I should know as i have 3 of them from my trip to India many years ago, unfortunately, whereas they still have a lot of life left in them, my memory doesn't

I just did a quick search in the place not to be mentioned & apparently it's a Shalwar Kameez, although that doesn't sound familiar from when i bought mine. (Shalwar = trousers & Kameez = dress) not sure about with a scarf/shawl though.

The outfit with the trousers and dress over the top is a kurtis

and the others are correct, the one with the trousers, a top and scarf/stole is a churidar or salwar kameez
