    If a person does the EXACT same job, to the EXACT same standard then it should not matter if they are 17, 47, 67 ... they should be paid the EXACT same money.

    sometimes thats a bit hard to assess. but in principle...

    Senior citizens often do a better job still.Some younger people think they are beyond any sort of work anyway .An older working population will phase out by natural wastage.I voted yes,no matter wot age if people are well enuff to work,go ahead.Todays youngtsters eventually will come into the same category.Good afternoon all......
