Now where else would you get another user informing you your store was not appearing in the store search on the home page?

My store wasn't due to me screwing up. Artsbanquet kindly and politely informed me of this, I sorted it out, and now it shows. Cheers.

You would only get somebody calling you a prat on Feebay.

Fab isn't it - that's the big difference on this site. Here the users want the site to be a success and they realise that helping others will eventually bring more buyers to the site. Our community spirit makes a mockery of eBay's now, which is such a shame as eBay did used to be like this.
