    Default advicee pls

    bought a cd from a powerseller [2000+ f/b]on egreed
    yesterday i got a non payment reminder from him
    sayyyin hes not recieved my cheque

    so i checked my account with my cheque stub
    n rung bank to confirm it[which they did]
    responded to alert
    sayin cheque was cashed providin date,amount etc

    now he sayin cd was lost in post
    "WALKING IS DEFINITELY OVERRATED"

    suggest that he has your deal confused with another one. You can't be NPB one day and the item be lost in the post another. You've paid.. he owes you a CD. Keep it polite until you have tried everything then and only then, file a non-performing seller report.

    Happened to me a couple of times Jay, they usualy realise their error, after blowing hot air at you for a few days and come back all apologetic. You have NOTHING to worry about in any case, you have proof that you paid.

    Isnt there an option on feebay somewhere, you put in a ITEM NOT RECIEVED complaint and theres a space for your payments made details. ?

    Ask him for the proof of posatge if he does not refund you so you can claim from the post office and don't forget to add your postage in to the cost of the item as the po don't refund postage or so I am told. I know the seller should claim but a buyer can to because I have done it myself... I also got £15 back from ebay as well ..... well i wasn't going to refuse it
