Hi Admin,

I had emails a couple of days ago informing me of a sale, along with another saying the buyer had marked the item as paid. But it has not come up in my sales sheet in my ebid. Two other items sold yesterday have come up okay.This is the auction cocerned can you sort it out for me, thanks Linda

I think it would be better if you emailed support directly support@ebid.tv including your ID and the auction ID. You will then get a ticket number for referance.

try looking in auctions I listed and successful auctions i listed, as it may be showing in there. this happens sometime to me if the buyer marks it as paid.

Hi, How did you find the auction ID. It is coming up as sold to
Belindabuckley So you should be able to find it and her address in you sold items.
