HOWEVER ( and i can not stress this strongly enough ) DO NOT AGREE TO , CLICK ANY POPS , REWARD SCHEMES ETC ....Run by them and their affiliate companies, sister companies etc.

I ticked all the boxes about "giving my information to selected companies" etc... I do not want a load of crap in my inbox,
all you need to do is leave stuff in your shopping basket and log out..
You will get a email offering you loads of stuff for free!!
Top Tip... give them another email address that you dont use or gis a toss about!!
I gave them my yahoo account address that i set-up about 7 years ago. Never use it, but if it was not for all the spam, I'd feel really lonely and un-loved!!
