I'd just like to thank you for your swift action regarding the email i sent & your reply.

Whenever i need to contact you, i never know whether to email you in return to thank you for your reply.
I always want to but realise that you have so many queries to deal with that if everyone then emails you back you'd never have time to do anything other than read them.
