Well it's nice to find somewhere ware you can list things for free and just pay a fee when you sell your goods.
I have been selling things on eBay for a few months and its been very expensive to do that, I’ve stopped selling there now 'it was making me poor' (I had 100% good feedback).

Have a look at the Bladein Shop, not much there yet but there will be soon, you will find all sorts of things from Books & Magazines to Domain Names & Collectibles.

What a pleasant surprise - I actually feel welcome here and its only been a few minutes! I am so looking forward to the move from the ebaggers and the opening of a new shop where I might actually fulfill the purpose of having a shop i.e. where you get paid for what you sell and not the other way around and where the aim latterly would seem to be negative equity.

Look out for our new shop 'Silks and Crystals' where you will find James Hare pure silk fabric, Swarovski crystal fashion components, Nottingham & French Lace and Haberdashery - it will take a few days to put together but will be worth the wait.

Hi everyone,
I joined yesterday, hoping for a happier place to sell and buy.I sell specialist knitting yarns and in particular funky sock yarns. I've had a shop on "you know where" and was enjoying the experience but recent events have made me look elsewhere. The atmosphere here seems to much nicer, really hope it can stay that way. I love the buzz of auctions and meeting brilliant people with similar interests from all over the world. Wish me luck! my shop will be Yummy Yarns, full of Alpaca, lambswools, angora, silk, shetlands, arans and fantastic self patterning sock yarns.I also woind my own designer yarns which are exclusive to me and can't be found elsewhere

I came over from Ebay, along with many other frustrated Power Sellers who are being taken for a royal ride and nearly forced out of business by the skyrocketing fees there. I still have items listed at Ebay, but would love to jump ship completely. I have been sad about raising my prices over the past few years, but have had to just to break even. As the fees went up, my profits got so low that I often ran in the red after I paid everyone else for the stock, despite decent sales.
I offer very high quality metaphysical items, gemstones, candles, jewelry, Reiki Healings, readings and so much more. My top priority is excellent customer service, and I'm very proud of my terrific feedback score at Ebay. I hope Ebid will be my new home, but yes, it depends on whether there is a market here for my products. It will take me a while to get my items listed here, but if there is an interest, I'll be working my butt off to get everything up and running!
