help with opening a shop
hi there
i have gone to open a shop and its telling me im offline
what does this mean?
i click the online button but then when i go to open shop it says im offline so cant open it
what does this mean??
how do i get online??

You need to open the shop first by completing all the steps - then you put it online
thats what im trying to do
i put a pic on and colour everything but then says im offliune
how do i do it?
must be a link??
go to my ebid login, my ebid store (link in the LH box), then there is a radio button under "Store details status and colours"

I have two ebid stores. This is for Cats Protection;Lots of beanies, fast food toys, random collectables, some new children's clothes - almost anything really.
this is business and sells skeleton leaves, Thai silk, various vintage postcards, more random collectables
Both sell discontinued china tableware.
not making sence *cry* i started doing colour and shop name etc but then when i clicked the button which to me looked like it was to put it online i.e open
but said it was offline
i am either dumb or its not working
so if someone could give me step by step on here or private message i would thank you forever

Look to the top right of this forum ...
My ebid log in ...
( Once logged in )
Look to the MIddle left column ...
MY STORE ...
Half way down the page ( central ) STORE ( online / offline option )
Put the dot in the ONLINE ....

THATS what i have been trying to do when i click
update store details
i get this
''Cannot go online... Either no categories created, store has no title, no description has been added or no banner/logo uploaded.''
thats what i need help with
So you do have a store title, a description, categories and a banner? Sorry to ask but I must.. if you have all those things and the radio button doesn't work, then email support@ebid.tv because mine works ok.

im not sure whats going on lol
all i know is i am following the simple instructions and then hit the update my store and it wont allow me to go online!!
but i didnt even have a store to ''update'' so not sure what im trying to do, whatever it is ebid wont let me do it lool
