Hair extensions???

Hi does anyone know of anywhere in the midlands (preferably near coventry or Birmingham) where i can get SEWN IN hair extensions done that aint gonna cost £100's i have just had the bonded ones taken out and i miss them (my own hair is like baby hair lol) but they cost a fortune and as i have not got Victoria Beckhams bank balance i need a cheap fix!

I was saying to my daughter the other day ( whilst reading a magazine about all the WAGs having their hair extensions done ) up to £1,5000 for 20" extensions of other peoples hair. Takes up to 5 HOURS to do too.

I could understand it if they had an illness and they could not grow their hair. But , other than that ... Why dont people just grow it ?

Same with fingernails ... whats with the false nails all the time ?

How come when i was young everyone grew their hair and nails.

Oh and dont start me on about fals eyelashes. lmao

Before anyone says, Oh thats ok for you to say , you have really long hair. Yes, i know i do, but my hair takes for ever to grow so it didnt happen over night AND its flimsy i could do with double the ammount in thickness.

But if your desperate, im sure poundland do those little plait things in all kinds of colours >>>>>>>>>>>> runs off .... dodging rotten fruit.

SERIOUS Q Mog : WHY ?

Hi fairy, the only reason i have extensions is because my own hair is baby fine and never gets passed shoulder length, its my own fault - during my time as a hairdresser i subjected my hair to serious chemical abuse! I used to have lovely hair too (the stupidity of youth)

I dont agree with the wags paying £100's or £1000's because most hair is harvested in 3rd world countries and the poor folks who provide the hair get paid pittence!

I make sure i have european hair, so folks if you know of anyone who does SEWN IN EURPOEAN extensions i would be gratefull if u can let me know

sorry... Just was annoying me the other day, reading it.

My youngest daughters hair is almost exactly the same as mine, my eldest daughters hair is about 3 times as thick as mine and lovely and loads of people think she wears extensions, which gets her mad.
I just cut about 7 inches off for her the other week as in the heat its too heavy for her head. She is the oposite to me, by winter she will be sitting on it again. I chopped all mine off , well , to about 2 inches below my shoulder about 7 years ago. I think my hair only grows about 2 inches in a year
