    Unhappy fraud and theft

    please help i brought a chloe paddington bag and it was fake and broke i emailed the person and they said if i sent it back they would refund me. i sent it back special delivery next day and have sent over 20 emails still to recieve no payment what can i do? PLEASE HELP

    contact ebid@support and give them the item number and e-mails sent to the seller regarding the refund...i think you can lodge a claim on here if you have also the address where you sent it and nane contact the police aswell let e-bid also investigate

    Hi smartblonde,

    Did the bag have a broken zip? i looked at your feed back to see who the seller was, the seller had a chloe paddington bag listed on a happy hour today with a broken zip.

    Was just curious if its the same bag...
    you can NEVER have too many pairs of shoes...

    Hi SmartBlonde You have left very little information to assist us in helping you. eg item number or seller, how you paid. etc.,

    As you returned it by special delivery have you checked Track and trace to see if it was received by the seller. ? link below

    In the meantime, email support@ebid.tv explain briefly the situation quoting the item number but before that have you left a negative ?

    Negative feedback warns other potential buyers plus gives EBID some authority to act.

    can i suggest..if the bag was signed for there will be a trace number,but if it arrived damaged to the seller maybe you could file a claim against the post office as it is insured up to £500 but only claim for what you lost this is only a suggestion
