Morning Liz..........yeah was just a cheese and tomatoe one...........yeah to be honesty i am and its makin me NOT WANT to eat to which is wrong i know but its scares me to think of havin the pain again............ive not had any news as yet but hes supposed to be commin home today after they have done all the tests on himn...........

I had hectic 1 as well today,u no that course i went on,well i had a family referal today,that went really well so im pleased with that,then my sis came over with the bab and her tribe then hd dinner and not long been in from the garden,its lush out there still....
