if you download the latest version of real player you can gain access to over 3,000 radio stations worldwide and a great deal of those are advert free - i have only just started using it and i quite like radio 2 [lol] and i love metal so kerrang radio is quite good for that - go look on the bbc website, there is a drop down box which you can choose from, alos they have podcasting available[ you can hear radio interviews and full shows that you may of missed http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/d/
