However a glance at this and my other ID over on eBay will show you part of the problem - the sheer size of my ranges (and volume of sales over ther) leaves me little time to optimise listings over here.
It would help greatly if eBid would bring out a proper listing tool - even one like Turbo Lister - as it would save huge amounts of time waiting for page refreshes, and the brain strains of using the spreadsheet uploader ..... I actually quite like the spreadsheet for "common attribute" ranges like the incense, saa paper etc.
But for unique items like the herbs & spices, or postage stamps, or my wargames models, it's virtually impossible to use the spread
- envisage - design listing html in any other package, copy & paste to spreadsheet, set other attributes, return to other software, rewrite for next item and copy and paste etc ...... it's a total nonsense.
At least for the "common attributes" ranges, the only thing I have to change is a code number in the item title and the URL of the photo - there's another pain - a real uploader would lift the picture direct off the hard drive onto the site. And that "beta" thingy should be renumbered to a "wursa" version coz it's certainly no "better"![]()
