Shortest Cycle path on the Planet ?

Do you know a shorter cycle path........
Last year this same Council created an offset mini roundabout in my home town of Market Drayton with disasterous results 10 Car pile ups in 1 week. It was removed after 1 Month.

What a Cock up and the cost to the Tax payer for the accidents and compensation claims etc ??????

    .
Loads of cycle lane corkers in my town too. Consisting of newly erected safety barriers (that appeared overnight !!), built right across them.
You got to dismount and wheel your bike round , usually ending up with your nether regions exposed to oncoming traffic.

But all in the interests of safety, according to the Council jobsworths.
