They have tried to get ebid help but so far to no avail.

So my suggestions have not helped either. Dunno where the techies are when you want them.

I would still suggest trying to change his forum password. from another PC

I had the same problem a couple of months ago (still not resolved)

I can buy & sell and log in to ebid, but the forums will not accept my username and password

I emailed ebid a couple of times and it was suggested i change my password (did this, no change)

I think they then got a bit confused as they told me i needed to register... gave up and registered a new id just for here

Can you register with a new ID just for the forums. I didn't know you could do that
