EBid Store

I'm having a lot of trouble trying to set up my EBid store. I have tried a few times now but it keeps coming up with the message 'you are not the owner of this store' !

can anybody please explain in laymans terms where I may be going wrong.

can you double check you have used the exact user id and passwords.... just in case you did a typo error.

I've double checked that all information is okay. I have also noticed that my 'store status' is 'offline'.....yet I have also checked that and clicked the 'online' button - still no luck yet!!

so you are in it setting it up okay ?? have you emailed support yet ? I cant see how you can set it to online if it tells you " you are not the owner of this store.... try

double check your logo, click online, added cats then click update store details, add products and try clciking update stpre deatils again. If still having probems raise a tiocket.
