I don't understand this Tracey - my eyesight is starting to deteriorate (with age) yet I can read everything on that res.

Have you tried moving the scroll on your mouse after clicking the page - it changes the font size for me

Yep tried all that....and adjusted monitor settings, display, size of font etc....I changed back down to 800, but then had to do a System Restore back to yesterday, as it all still looked weird....

    Back to normal now....

oh well me and technical stuff never have got on that well lol but I do think that the site should be accessible by everyone and if there are still people on that res then they need catering for exactly as much as for the others!

LOL - me no techy neither

And I agree. Gazza said that the site was "optimised for Firefox" - that's not very helpful to the non-Firefox users....

Well I didn't know that but there are still a lot of us using explorer aren't there? Don't understand that move really

well it's not finished yet so maybe things still need to be sorted in that direction eh?

I did all that lot yesterday Tracey, and I also had to do a System Restore to put it together again. I tried everything that the guys on the Techie Website I use suggested, and more tweaks using a Hewlet-Packard Advice Forum to see whether they had any suggestions. Why would I want Firefox, when a lot of the Websites I shop on do not work with Firefox?

It doesn't have to be an "either, or" situation. I keep both browsers on my system to get around exactly that problem.

For me it's a question of security. IE has more holes than a collander, so I use Mozilla most of the time as it is more secure.

i use Firefox 90%, Opera 8%, Netscape 1.9% and IE 0.1% (if I really have to use it that is)
