    Hi, regarding preffered payment methods,
I prefer Nochex, Stormpay, and Fastpay.
I have reserveration about PPPay.com and A BIG NO NO to PayPal.
I got ripped off by PayPal last year July 2005 £2,450.00. A very long winded story and to this day they refuse to accept responsibility that someone from their department was fiddling with clients money.
So pple who are using PayPal be very very careful.
Go to www.paypalsucks.com and read so many stories, will send shivers down your spin.
    Anyways that my own opinion.

Just had the last straw with ppPay (see thread I started called Bye Bye ppPay) it explains all

Haven;t listed under this ID for about 3 months now, and had zero sales on Mysta-Incense for the four months I've been listing with it

....... could be the death knell for eBid from my point of view but will probably give it a final chance once I get the wedding out of the way - deffo won't be ticking ppPay as an option though

Sometimes folk can try to be too clever and lose everything......

Are you still using Stormpay. I have an account with them to do with 12 dailypro. Unfortunatly I now have over $2000 tangled up with them as they won't release any monies.

    cheers

    Hi saleman,
Yes I am still using stormpay. Has there been problems with stormpay?????? I see most of the auction sites are refusing to accept stormpay. why I don't know.
Why won't stormpay release your funds?
If you have any good or bad reports about stormpay plze let me know.
I don't want my customers to be inconvinced or my account with stormpay be jepordised.

Default Looks like Paypal or no sales

I have been listing a number of items now for the last 3 weeks and no sales. On EBay I would have had at least 10% sales so the only thing I can put it down to is that I can't offer PayPal on eBid. I don't like their fees but I would like some sales so if anyone can give me any clues please do. Failing that, can we please have a PayPal option?

eBid is a much smaller site than eBay so do not expect the same volume of sales.

If you wish your buyers to have the opportunity to use Paypal you can simply write that into your auction description and any communication you send to them after the auction.
