Well said -- i'm not sure where this site is that values their customers if it isnt here ??? I have no buddy points as i'm new perhaps they should only be awarded to winning bidders/sellers and referees. ( just a thought )

Not very happy.
As the relaunch does not appear to have addressed the issue, I have opened a ticket with EBID support for missing points due to me relating to auctions in place on 21st feb. I'll let you know how i get on

Hi Val - I think it is set to go to the person who is clicking's terms and conditions as when I clicked I went to my own. Hope this helps

hi every body , just a short message to ask if anyone has had any info about getting the buddy points everyone is owed , since they were last stopped , dont get me wrong i think the new system is fine and should work well , but surely we should all get the points we are owed , even if they use the new rules as a guidline . as i am sure there are lots of members who are due a large amount of points , i would like to see ebid do something about it . please ebid do the right thing , keep all your members happy .
