I dont think its thats extreme between the online auction companies yet. Because ebid is not a threat at the moment as it has very little bids on items and alot of admin problems.

Ebid has better admin than Ebay

If you send an email to ebay, you are either NEVER get a reply or you get one completely the opposite to what you asked!

Ebid used to have excellent customer service until my experience just recently, but maybe thats just my emails fault!

Don't bother to PM Gazza. He never read one I sent to him. It sat in my Outbox, unread , for months until I gave up and deleted it. I got no answer on "support" or lack of it... either.

I had the same problem with updating my card, so contacted support and got a couple of replies.
Are you using Internet Explorer or Firefox? I was using Firefox Browser and the page kept jumping all over the place, but when I tried to update the card details on IE it worked no problems at all. Just wondering if it might be that

It could be that you have a cookie that each time you load the page it is giving you the problem. If an option it might be worth deleting ALL your recent temporary internet files. This should also delete any cookies that have been downloaded as well.

Before you delete your temp internet files though, it may be worth looking at sweetmimi's solution first.

    Good luck.

You should receive an email with a Ticket ID, we advise everyone to use the contact form instead of emailing us directly.

What do you mean by "the page just jumps"

    Its worked now Gazza

I meant by the page jumping, that when you click in a box, the page moves and does that to every box you click in and when you try to put a word in, it wont type anything, it just moves.

But using Firefox is the solution - thanks sweetmimi though I didnt see these last posts before I posted my thread ! LOL

I don't know why they would think this (but as you say they keep directing you to the page to put your answers in) but think you are not doing it properly so keep directing you there
Maybe have poached some eBay support staff but not had time to retrain them yet?
