Afternoon Elaine,did you get to post all the avatars on ur web page yet.Maybe not had the time,will keep looking.
...when wine/beer etc is brewing, sugar turns to alcohol, so basically the higher the alcohol content in the finished drink, the less sugar it contains, unless of course if sugar is added after the brewing process.

Like when you drink pop/fizzy drinks with aspartame in them....your body still thinks it's sugar, it gives the same response, still raises insulin, still stores free-flowing glucose as fat....
