    Thumbs up Very Pleased With Ebid Support. Thanks

    Just like to thank Ebid Support for being very quick to help.
    I emailed them with complaint at 13.47pm. I received Thank You for contacting Ebid Support at 13.49pm. Then at 14.05pm i received another saying there account was suspended,under investigation.
    I thought that was very quick.
    Thanks again.

    Oh yes, they are very quick at suspending accounts, it's the reinstasting, and proper investigations that are slow.

    Hi Chanel5,
    I did notice you were off for a while and glad to see your back. Luckily i`ve not had to deal or see what reinstating is like but i can only thank them for the Big problems i was having with 2 users and they have sorted it.Well for just now anyway.
