Thread: Things your cat brings in

  1. #1

Default Things your cat brings in

Mine are always bringing in the frog from the pond to play with.
But a friend on another board has had their cat bring in a rabbit.
They came home and the rabbit was in the basket lying next to the cat LOL.
    Here's the rabbit later on.

    Awww, what an adorable rabbit.

My cats are all house cats (their choice: I think the area is a bit rough and they are scared of getting mugged for their collars).

I'm glad to hear the rabbit is still alive! Some years ago one of mine brought in a baby rabbit and left it at my feet, and tho it was still alive, it died shortly afterwards from shock. Since then its been a multitude of voles, an army of mice, two HUGE rats, (that squealed at me as I tried to catch them!) and one stoat! I'd never seen one before and it was sooo cute! And alive, so I let it go!

Our two cats are also house cats. If we didn't put them out from time to time, they wouldn't know what the outdoors was! I don't know if they're just lazy or what. Mind you, one of them (Pippin) is getting on a bit, about 20 human years old. (What's that in cat years?)
