Road sign things?

What are the little road sign things next to each userid in the posts?

When I click on one it says this.

Its there to 'Report Bad Post' it was kinda like the 'Report Auction link' but for some reason you now have to email support just report a post/thread

It's the report button that hasn't worked since the last forum upgrade, and has been reported as not working.

It used to be the quickest way to alert eBid to the spammers and scammers on the forums...
