Even if the freed guilty guy goes on to kill many other innocents?

i dont know if the guilty one would go on and do more crime
but why should the innocent one pay for it????if hes innocent hes innocent end of and shouldnt be killed

edit reminds of of just public want of revenge for an unsolved crime to kill an innocent when not proven guilty that sucks and its happened lots of times
