Seller Leaving Feedback

Hi

I am relaticely new to ebid, but in my short time I have noticed a lot of sellers moaning that there are no buyers out there.

Can I Just say that so far I have bought 5 things from ebid (each time paying in full within 6 hours of the auctions end), and I am still yet to receive feedback from a single seller!!! :x

I suggest that instead of bitching, you try thanking good buyers for their business, that way they might actually shop here again

This has happened to me too, I've had one person give me feedback, out of three auctions.

First off, can I welcome you to ebid then apologise on behalf of my fellow Sellers who can't be bothered to acknowledge a buyer, who pays promptly, by leaving positive feedback for them :roll: :cry: that's BAD news :!: but we're not ALL like that...... honest :wink:

I've had 50+ sales since 5th June and I not only leave appropriate feedback, but also respond - with thanks - to the feedback left for me although I have had several buyers now who haven't left me feedback .. so it can work both ways :wink:

I hope this hasn't deterred either of you from buying again :?:

Hi Guys

I am also fairly new to ebid and can I just say its a waste of time leaving feedback.

I have so far bought off 3 different sellers and out of them only 1 has bothered to reply, why email saying please leave feedback when they cannot be arsed to for me.

I am happy to give good feedback for good service, all I can say is that its a good thing that leaving feedback does not form part of the service because if it did then only 1 of the sellers I have dealt with would have a good rating from me

i always leave feedback which is apprpriate for each transaction so start buying off me instead :lol:

If you start to sell cross stitch I just might buy from you. What really got me was the fact that one of the buyers I bought from is one I have bought stuff from on ebay and they have always left feedback on there. Does this mean that if I buy from them on ebay as well as on here they only have to leave me feedback on one site :?:

I'll say it again, perhaps the feedbakc system should be overhauled so that neither side's feedback is displayed until both sides have completed the feedback transaction.

I try my best to make sure that all fb is coverec - I know it's important if you are new. If I've missed anyone out plz give me a nudge!

I've never had a problem getting (or giving) feedback on eBay, yet they don't restrict display in that way.

I agree it needs overhaul, Stu. Just make it look like eBay.
